Immigration Legal Services

Assist the daily operations of Immigration Legal Services through filing, copying, mailing letters and documents, answering phones and some opportunities for client assistance.  Great public service and learning opportunity.  Fluency in foreign languages is very helpful.  Maturity and courteous manner in a multicultural environment a must. 

Assist clients with limited English skills that are unable to afford professional interpreter assistance communicate their immigration legal needs.  Maturity and professional manner required.  Most common language needs currently:  Spanish, Somali, Iraqi and Karen. 

Assess legal needs and assist clients in preparing cases and completing immigration forms.  Must be a licensed attorney or student of an accredited law school.
